Federal Functional Classification System
In the last few months of 2003, SCATS reviewed the Highway Federal Functional Classification System for Stark County roads.  The ODOT Highway Functional Classification Committee has reviewed the proposed revisions submitted by SCATS and concurs with the proposed recommendations.  A map showing Stark County's Functional Classifications can be found here .  Functional Classifications are important because roads can become eligible for different funding sources based on how they are classified.  You can learn more about the Federal Functional Classification System here

Infrastructure Program
The projects for the year 2005 Infrastructure Program have been selected.  Click here to see the list.

Aerial Photos
We provide aerial photos of any section of Stark County.  Year 2003 and 2000 photos are available on CD at $5.50. Each CD covers about half a township. Older photos cost $4 each, and each photo covers a little more than 1 square mile at a scale of 1 inch = 400 feet. We have photos from 1997, 1992, 1985, 1980, 1975, 1972, and 1965. The 1972 and 1965 photos have a scale of 1 inch = 300 feet.
